Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta

The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta is the largest hot air balloon festival in the world. The event takes place every October with over 500 balloons and draws hundreds of thousands of spectators. Several balloons participate in spectacular glows, which takes place at dusk and illuminate the launch field. One of the main highlights is the Mass Ascension, where hundreds of balloons launch into the sky at once, creating an incredible, almost surreal sight.
